How it works

   Schedule your pickup

   Use the pickup request form or call +1 (779) 804-5719. Tell us what you have, where it will be, and which day and time window suit you.

2. 2

   Set out your items

   Place your garments in any bag at the spot you described - a covered porch, building lobby, or front desk all work well. You don't need to be home, and there's nothing to print.

3. 3

   We clean and confirm

   We collect your items, inspect and tag each piece, and clean everything according to its fabric and care label. If anything needs a conversation - a risky stain, a repair suggestion - we'll contact you first.

4. 4

   Delivery back to your door

   Your order is returned clean, finished, and protected, to the same place we picked it up (or wherever you prefer).

• Pickup and delivery times are confirmed with you after you submit a request.
• Please check pockets before your items are collected.
• A note about any stains (what caused them) genuinely helps our cleaning team.
• Severe weather can occasionally shift a pickup or delivery - we'll always let you know.
