We provide professional garment and textile care as described on our Services page. Service availability, turnaround times, and pricing may vary by item, condition, and demand. Specialty items (for example wedding gowns and heavily embellished garments) are quoted individually after inspection.

3. Website requests are not confirmed orders

Submitting a pickup or quote request through our website is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your pickup or order is confirmed when we contact you to confirm it. We may decline requests that fall outside our service area or capabilities.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices depend on garment type, material, stain condition, special handling, and other service factors. Where an exact price cannot be determined until inspection, we will confirm pricing with you before performing the work. Payment is due as agreed at drop-off, pickup, or delivery.

5. Garment care and liability

Garment inspection, stain treatment, inherent fabric risks, and how we handle loss or damage are covered in detail in our Garment Care and Liability Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: we treat every item with professional care, we cannot guarantee removal of every stain, and our liability for a damaged or lost item is limited as described in that policy.

6. Pickup and delivery

Pickup and delivery service is governed by our Pickup and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms, including the terms for unattended pickup and delivery locations that you designate.

7. Unclaimed garments

Please collect your garments promptly. Items left unclaimed for an extended period after we notify you that they are ready may be handled in accordance with applicable Illinois law regarding unclaimed property. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you first using the details you provided.

8. Acceptable website use

You agree not to misuse the website - including submitting false requests, attempting to interfere with its operation, or attempting to access administrative areas without authorization.

9. Intellectual property

The content, logo, and design of this website belong to ELLYN Dry Cleaners LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
