Pickup and Delivery Policy

Scheduling

  • Pickup requests submitted through the website are confirmed by phone or email before we come out. A request is not a confirmed booking until we confirm it.
  • Time windows are approximate. If we expect to miss a confirmed window, we will contact you.
  • You can reschedule or cancel a pickup free of charge any time before our driver is en route.

Service area

We serve Glen Ellyn and the nearby communities listed on our Pickup & Delivery page. Addresses outside the listed area may be accommodated at our discretion - just ask.

Unattended pickup and delivery

  • If you won't be present, you designate a pickup/drop-off location (porch, lobby, front desk) in your instructions. Items left at or delivered to your designated location are at your risk once we have followed your instructions.
  • We photograph or note deliveries left unattended when practical.
  • Please choose a location protected from weather and not visible from the street where possible.

Preparing your items

  • Place garments in any bag; no forms or labels are needed.
  • Check pockets for pens, cash, keys, and other belongings.
  • Notes about stains or special requests help us serve you better - include them in your request or attach them to the bag.

Missed pickups

If we arrive during the confirmed window and cannot find your items at the designated location, we will try to contact you. If we can't reach you, we'll ask you to reschedule - there is no charge for a first missed pickup.

Weather and delays

Severe weather or road conditions occasionally force us to shift a pickup or delivery to the next service day. We will notify you using the contact details you provided.

Payment for delivery orders

We will confirm payment arrangements when we confirm your pickup. Pricing follows our Pricing page and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Liability

Garments in our possession are covered by our Garment Care and Liability Policy. For unattended handoffs, responsibility transfers as described under “Unattended pickup and delivery” above.
